Ground Up Solutions was founded by Enrique Cáceres, a Civil Engineer with over 17 years’ experience delivering and managing projects across the Australian construction industry.
After years working inside project and operations teams, Enrique saw the same issue repeated across businesses — decisions were being made too late, based on fragmented reporting and month-end data that offered little opportunity to intervene.
